JOB TITLE: Order Processing Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage stock room, process all incoming orders from receiving to shipping, and provide the highest level of customer service that will enhance relationships and lead to ongoing sales.

Basic computer skills (Shopify, Microsoft Office/Excel)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Highly organized & detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self starter & fast learner
Good eye for color and pattern
High standard for quality

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Match packing slips to inventory items received
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack
Maintain a clean and well organized stock room
Set up new Customer Accounts
Generate shipping labels
Pick and pull inventory to accurately build orders
Carefully package delicate items for delivery
Ensure customers receive correct products in a timely manner
Manage and process all exchanges, returns and cancellations
Answer phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps pertaining to current and past orders
Provide excellent customer service that will enhance relationships and lead to ongoing sales
Other duties as required or assigned, but not limited to inventory tasks, trade show equipment coordination, account specific tracking, and maintenance of customer records.
